Biotique Bio Papaya Revitalizing Tan Removal Scrub: Review

Hello my beautiful people,
I am back with another review of an amazing and effective
product from Biotique. This is their Bio Papaya Revitalizing Tan removal Scrub
which is equally good for both face and body. I am a big fan of scrubber or
polisher because it helps to get rid of those tans and all unwanted grimes out
of your face leaving it radiant and glowing. In my opinion everyone should do exfoliating
or scrubbing twice or thrice in a week which can effectively remove layer of
dead cells from your skin thus rejuvenate skin’s texture and accentuate cell
renewal
.  So let’s get into the review
now.

My review on Biotique Papaya revitalizing tan removal scrub:

Packaging: The scrub comes in a sturdy plastic tab with
green screw open cap. The packaging is further housed in a cardboard box. Both
tub and box carry all relevant information. The opening has another plastic
separator tray which I think is very useful for preventing spillage. For the tub
packaging it may easy to take out the product but for some people it may be a
bit unhygienic too.

Smell: It smells very refreshing and claiming, very much into
herbal or natural kind of. The scant doesn’t overpowering so it does not
irritate sensitive nose.
Texture and formula: The consistency of this scrub is very
thick and gritty which is perfect for skin exfoliating and scrubbing. Basically
it has clay based formula which not so creamy or gel like. I personally find
the scrubbing granules a bit harsed or grainy.
So it can work better as body polisher. I really like the clay based
formula which doesn’t make skin oily or greasy rather than take up excess sebum from the face.

My experience with Biotique Bio Papaya Revitalizing Tan Removal Scrub:

I like the Biotique Shampoo so much that I
wanted try a face product from Biotique. So I picked up this revitalizing tan
removal scrub. I have been using it for past 3 weeks and impressed by the
result. Basically I use this scrub as an exfoliator and clay mask at the same
time. I usually apply it all over the face and neck leave it for 1 minute (not
more than that) then wet the face and gently massage it in circular motion
for  30-40 seconds or so then rinse off
with cold water. It makes skin surface much smoother leaving it radiant and
glowing. I would suggest using any alcohol free toner post application as it
closed down the open pores. The best part is that it has not broken me out.

  • Makes skin surface soft and smooth.
  • Pocket friendly.
  • Instantly brighten up the complexion.
  • Doesn’t leave any greasy residue behind.
  • Doesn’t contain any harsed chemicals and paraben.
  • Work well as body polisher.

Cons:

  • The wide open tub packaging might be a bit unhygienic for
    some people.

Rating: 3.5/5.
Final Verdict: I really love those products which contain
natural and botanical extract specially in my skin care range, so I enjoy using
this scrub on daily basis without the fear of applying harsed chemical on my
face. I personally find the scrubbing beads are very gritty so I used it as
body polisher and was quite satisfy with the post result. If anyone who is
dealing with oily acne prone skin and want try a clay based scrubber for
exfoliation and tan removal, I would suggest to give this scrub a try.
