Directions:
For cashew dip-
1. Heat oil in a
non-stick pan (low flame). Sauté onion and cashews for 2-3 minutes.

For Cheesy dip-
1. Heat oil in a

and mayonnaise. Mix well. Season it with black pepper powder.

Fried Tomato dip-
1. Heat oil in a
non-stick pan (low flame). Sauté tomatoes and garlic for 3-4 minutes or until

tomato mixture, curd and mayonnaise. Mix well. Season it with salt and black
pepper powder.

3 Sprinkle chilli powder
on top of dip and serve.

1 tsp Honey
½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tbsp Water
60 g (4 tbsp) Quick Oats, soaked

1 tbsp Cashewnuts, chopped
1 tbsp Almonds, chopped
2 Digestive Biscuits, Crushed
Directions:
1. For Apple Mix: In a saucepan (medium flame), add butter,
apple, honey, cinnamon and water. Sauté for 1-2 minutes or until apple gets
soft.

2. For Chocolate Mix: In a saucepan (slow flame), add oats,
chocolate fudge, cream, cashewnuts and almonds. Mix well and cook for 2-3
minutes or until mixture thickens.

3. For Assembling: In a small round baking dish (3-inch
dia.) place ½ of chocolate mix, followed by apple mixture and finish it with
remaining chocolate mixture.

4. Sprinkle crushed
biscuits on top and heat in microwave for 1 minute. Serve hot.
