Hope you guys are doing well. You guys know that I’m a hoarder of organic products. I love using them on my skin and hair, as they are chemical free and have pure, natural ingredients. They don’t bring harm to your skin and hair.
Today I’m here with a review on an organic shampoo from the house of Sattwa. I have used their hair oil in past and was quite impressed with it (read my review here). That’s why when they launched their Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo, I couldn’t wait to try it out.
I have been using this shampoo for 2 weeks now and I’m ready to share my experience with it. So, let’s get started!

Packaging:
Unlike any other shampoo, Sattwa Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo comes in a huge opaque brown tube with flip top cap. The cap shuts down nicely, hence you can carry it while traveling. The tube is housed inside a very pretty cardboard box. The tube itself carries all the relevant information about the shampoo. Overall, the packaging is sturdy and spill-proof.
My Experience
First, let me talk about its consistency, texture and smell. The shampoo is thicker and creamier than usual shampoos. The pearly white color shampoo has very mild soothing fragrance. It doesn’t harm your nose. It leaves a fresh smelling hair after wash.
Like other organic product, this shampoo is free from Sulphate and Paraben. It contains some nourishing ingredients like Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, Almond oil, Coconut oil, Avocado oil and many other natural extracts. It also has neem extracts for reducing dandruff naturally.
Now, coming down to its efficacy, it has controls hair fall and breakage to some extent. For the thick consistency, it requires a little amount to wash hair every time. I took very less amount, like a coin size amount to wash my hair. Even with the thick consistency and creamy texture, the shampoo spreads all over the scalp evenly.
It doesn’t lather much that means it is truly free from SLS. When I have applied oil before, it took little extra shampoo to give a nice wash. It gently cleans my hair and scalp. I have dry hair. I felt my hair remained dry even after rinsing off the shampoo. So I needed to apply a good conditioner.
My hair feels so soft and smooth post use. It provides good nourishment to every strand, making it less prone to drying, damaging or breaking.

Final Verdict: I am quite impressed with this shampoo. I’m happy that I have tried it. I’m sure that it will reduce my hair fall to a great extent. I would recommend this shampoo to all.

Moroccan Argan Oil is a fabulous ingredient for healthy hair. I have not heard of this product before but it seems to be an affordable dupe for the Moroccanoil product. Will check it out.
I am hearing a lot of good things about this Argan oil shampoo. Is it good for thin hair?Does it increase volume?

Just Argan Oil would make want to try this shampoo but the other ingredients make it an amazing combination.
